How Returns Work

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times: Dependant on 3PL
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to manufacturer restrictions.
  • Certain high-value items may require additional shipping costs or insurance. You will be notified at checkout if additional charges apply.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Some items, such as software, downloadable products, and certain electronics, are non-returnable.
This will be clearly indicated in the product description.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
